On Memorial Day, sweater #22 was placed at a rest stop on Hwy. 31 southbound in Michigan. The local boy scout troop was out selling stuff and quite a few people were using the space as an actual picnic area. As far as rest stops go, this was situated in a very nice wooded location probably less than 10 miles east of Lake Michigan. This would be a location that probably not a lot of homeless folks would normally experience, and as such, this representation of such an individual is quite interesting.
