Sweater #265

To commemorate those who have lost their lives on bicycles, these ghost bikes are unfortunately populating the urban streets. It seemed like a great place to put a sweater. Not only does the ghost bicycle serve as a reminder for drivers on the street to be careful of cyclists, but also, it seemed like a highly visible location at the cross roads of China Town in Manhattan. Both objects are representations of people who have are are suffering from calamities that others might seen as a part of life, but could be impacted by others’ actions.
