Sweater #52

Sweater #52 was placed at the bus stop across from the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.  The trendy architectural style matches the modern architecture of the museum.  Moments after placing the sweater, people came to the stop for a bus.  While not adept to the neighborhood breakdown of Madison, this one seemed like a fun spot to hang out and socialize as there were many eateries and boutiques.  Wondering, though, are any of the public transit spots ideal shelters for those without shelters of their own, especially during inclement weather?  If Madison is like Chicago, strict policies are probably in place prohibiting the use of these public spots for shelter.  Or, maybe Madison provides stable support for those without shelter.
